A FuN CooKing DaY

What can we do in a boring weekend?

Finally me and darling plan to play “煮饭仔”, we want to cook something fast and easy. What else? instant noodle?
Nola...we going to cook western food chicken chop...gelakguling geng leh? but both of us also not good in cooking...
Therefore I have spent half day doing research in the internet, searching for fast & easy recipe, finally I found this -- the oriental chicken chop recipe.

The cooking steps are really easy, firstly we have to marinate the chicken chop.
To marinate it, put
1) one table spoon of light soy sauce
2) one table spoon of corn flour
3) half table spoon of black & white pepper
stir it together and keep it for at least 1 hour, keep it for overnight is even better.

To cook it, use
1) one table spoon of oil
2) prepare the sauce ( 2 table spoon of tomato sauce & 1 table spoon of HP sauce mix it with 100ml of water)
3) cook the chicken chop until lightly brown and aromatic
4) put in the sauce and cook until the sauce taken by the chicken chop

This is our “结晶品”...hehe!
The outcome is really out of our expectation...why?
It looks yucky but is super yummy...
both of us give 2 thumbs up! tepuktangantepuktangan
we will definitely cook it again...!


The cooking process took less than 1 hour.
